Build and Protect Your Brand (1 CEU)
Dr. Alan A. Leff, Primo Corp.

Dr. Alan Leff will present a value-added workshop titled "Build and Protect Your Brand". Branding is a process that distills the essence of what your company represents and the products and services that represent the brand. The brand essence is at the core of the brand identity comprised of the personality, values, benefits, and attributes. Once your brand concept is developed you need to evaluate your brand benefits. Is your brand believable? Benefits and believability lead to relationship realization and brand identity implementation. Once your brand is established, you need to protect the brand. Execution, integrity, and quality assurance are used to sustain your brand. You need to build a system of risk minimization to protect the brand. At the end of the day, you will sleep well at night knowing that
you have developed an enduring, prosperous, and beneficial brand.
Alan is Director of Quality and Production for Primo Water Corporation. He has a BS in
Physics from Carnegie-Mellon University, an MS in Fuel Science from Pennsylvania State University, and a Ph.D, in Fuel Science from Pennsylvania State University.
